Cervicitis and Urethritis no PID

• Chlamydia: Zithromax 1 gm po x 1; don’t need to treat for GC
• Gonorrhea: Cipro 500 mg po x 1 or Ceftriaxone 125mg IM  x1 (must use Ceftriaxone for men who have sex with men and pregnant females); always treat for Chlamydia also (Zithromax)
